On November 4, 2019, Crummack Huseby responded to Save Coto Village’s email stating that the issue of homeowner concern regarding the Board’s official survey will be added to the agenda at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting on Monday, November 18, 2019. The agenda item will be discussed during General Session.
General Session begins at 6pm at the RSM Belltower and is open to homeowners only.
Please keep in mind that General Session is not an open forum for homeowners to contribute, but for the Board to conduct business openly with homeowners watching. The Board will discuss our letter and request for the clarification email when it comes up on the agenda. Following the General Session is Homeowner Forum (approx 7pm). During Homeowner Forum, each homeowner may address the Board for up to 3 minutes about any topic the homeowner chooses.
Please, if you are able to attend the General Session, we believe bodies in the room will speak louder than any letter could. Also, we think it’s important to note that our Board is comprised of volunteers: these are our neighbors and friends who take countless hours out of their lives to stay abreast of the ins and outs of our community and make decisions on our behalf for the good of our community as a whole. Save Coto Village would like to our Board members for their service and commitment to our community.
